Week Two Recap: Embracing Change and Discovering Discipline

As we wrap up the second week of our journey into body acceptance and physical well-being, I've noticed a familiar pattern emerging. It's around this time that I start to feel uncomfortable with change. My body seems to crave the comfort of the familiar, even if it's not serving my well-being. But this time, something is different.

In the past, this discomfort would signal the beginning of the end for my new habits. I'd be ready to stop, simply because the change felt unsettling. However, with a shift in mentality and perspective, I've found new clarity through consistent meditation. It's as if a light has been turned on, illuminating my purpose, helping me understand my triggers, and allowing me to celebrate my growth.

It's only been two weeks, but the consistency has been transformative. Previously, I spent years gathering knowledge without always putting it into practice. I dabbled in various manifestation practices, jumping from one to another. But now, following my journal, I've developed a newfound respect for discipline. It's like piecing together a puzzle that I've been working on for years. With discipline and practice, the pieces are finally falling into place.

Although this week focused on my body's well-being, it came with its challenges. Recognizing that this is the point where I often feel like giving up has been enlightening. I've learned about the power of discipline, and meditation has been a game-changer for my mind. Everything is becoming clearer, and I owe myself a celebration for this win.
